How many guests will The Benchmark hold?
The Benchmark Room will service 275 and Shenanigan’s Lounge will accommodate 100 guests.
What is included in the package pricing?
The food package of your choice with four hour use of the room, room decor and set up, round tables with table linens and your choice of napkin color, flatware, centerpieces, bridal table centerpiece, special tables elegantly dressed with lights, cake cutting, champagne toast for the bridal party, professional staffing, unlimited draft beer, house wine, coffee, soft drinks and tea, your choice of smoking or non-smoking and discounts on children.
What will hold a date at The Benchmark?
A signed contract and $500.00 deposit.
What is the discount on children?
Children are half the price of the package you choose.
What are the child age criteria?
2-10 years old.
Can you host a ceremony?
Yes, we offer a few different options.
Do you have ample parking?
The Benchmark has 3 parking lots adjacent to the building for our guests.
Is there a minimum for a party?
Saturday night is $4000.00 and a Friday night $1500.00 before tax and gratuity.
What is the gratuity for the party?
The gratuity is 15%.
